Cant Stand cottage cheese... is there anything else?

i recently have been eating cottage cheese with some card&sugar control yogurt and a tbsp of flax for my last meal of the day as im cutting and i was gagging today trying to finish it up quick... i also have some nuts with it... is there anything else i can have rather then the cottage cheese? i dont think i can eat it anymore... also with peanuts, are cashew nuts as good as almonds or any other peanuts?

if you're eating the cottage cheese cause of it's slow digesting casein protein, you'll find the same in milk. milk solidifies in the stomach as the liquid is removed and digests just as slowly as the cottage cheese, which is why too much milk in a diet can cause bloating. just make sure it's skim milk since you're cutting.

as far as peanuts, to the best of my knowledge, they're not too different. whichever you prefer, go for. they're all low in saturated fats, again to the best of my knowledge. just read the labels or look up the nutritional info on the web.

any meat or fish or fowl will work just as good as cottage cheese as the last meal of the day.

    ewww

Actually I had the same problem with Cottage Cheese, after searching hi and low I found that brands usually taste different from different stores. I'm eating sunnyside fat free cottage cheese... everything else has just made me sick because of the lumps and the milky smell:P

i buy the whipped cottage cheese..the ones with the lumps gross me out and I almost gag eating it...anyway, jbk just be careful mixing fats with yogurt before bed if you are cutting..fats and carbs together arent good..how low are the carbs in the yogurt?
