    EXPERT Diet advice with/ T3 please...Tren, Test, Eq Cycle

    I recently sent this to Marcus and was hoping maybe Nar could help me out or anyone that has used these in conjunction.

    Sorry to bother you as I am sure you are swamped most of the time, but I always like what you have to say.

    I am 24, cycle #5, 230, 6', +/- 13% bf

    Week 7:
    Test E 500 11 wk
    Tren Hex (para) 400 11 wk
    EQ 600 week 13-14 wk
    Prop weeks 12-16
    Anavar maybe last 4 weeks...

    I was on T3 at 100 day and I plan on staying on that to cut...I do Clen also, but 2 weeks on/ 1 week off w/ beny

    My diet is oatmeal in the morn cup and a halfish..then meals often throughout the day of protein and no impact veggies....

    I supplement with liver, milk th, multi, 1 mg liquidex, finasteride, dostinex

    I am just looking for ways to keep the most I can. Is 100 T3 ok to run and still keep my muscle on this.

    Any help from you would be AMAZING..as I read, read, read, read and I am still amiss somehow.

    Should I rock my diet? With High Carb days? Should I cut on some days like Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur...then try to lean bulk on Fri, Sat, Sun?

    Is that possible?

    I want to stay big, and I hate the 'skinny' feeling...

    Current Diet:

    Meal 1: Oatmeal 1 1/2 cups, 30 gr protein
    Meal 2: Lean meat 50 - 70 g, veggie
    Meal 3: same, sometimes 1 piece whole grain bread dep. on energy levels
    Meal 4: PWO 35 malto/dex 50-60 g whey
    Meal 5: Salmon/Steak 80 gr, veggies
    Meal 6: Cottage cheese (no fat) 30 gr prot

    Wow bro, you got your shit all mixed up. Either you're gonna lean bulk, or you're gonna cut. Can't have both bro, not possible.

    If you are bulking, you need to eat more and the t3 is not needed.

    If you are cutting, that is a huge waste of gear.

    Figure out your goals and let us know. Also, am I reading this right? Are you in week 7 of your cycle and just figuring out your diet? And are you running EQ for only 1 week?

    No, I have been on this diet the whole time. And obviously I am not running eq for one f-cking week man. Weeks 1-13 @ 600. I have done it in the past and I like it for that.

    I am cutting for the most part. And I have read, many, many, many, many times that within a cycle...esp. a 16 week one that you can cut, lean bulk, and cut again....

    I HAVE DONE IT. I was just thinking maybe someone had an idea or two for me bc I feel flat lately.

    My diet is in check...I was just seeing if someone had something to add.

    And how much cardio is enough? I am doing 45 70% 4X week now.

    To get from 235 at around 16% to 220 at around 10 to 11%. So losing 15 lbs of fat and putting on 3 to 4 lbs of muscle.

    A huge waste of gear? Well when I cut last time w/o it from 245 to 230 I lost so much strenght and muscle with it. Maybe 2 to 1 fat to muscle. I have prevented that so far for sure.

    I know not to go over 100 on the T3, and that is where I am at. I was wondering how much aas to counter the cata. of T3, and I thought it must have to be substantial.

    I could cut out the EQ, but it seems to work so well later on to harden my muscles and the gains are always kept...for me at least.

    How can we suggest something for your diet when you've posted such vague information? You apparently know what your doing, since you've read so much. Good luck.

    Macros:

    Protein: 350 = 1400 cal
    Carbs: 100ish = 400ish
    Fat: 40 (flax, some steak) = 360

    Total: 2120 total cals...it varies from day to day by +/- 200...on how I feel and look.

    Ok...so I can cut the tren to 200, and the test to 250...no problem there...the EQ I don't really respond to unless I am at 400...So I will try that.

    And I can't come close to that Naturally...my natural weight was 170, and it comes off fast if I am not on something.
