I picked up some melatonin today at Wally's world. Gonna give it a go the next few nights and see if I have any luck.

I was referring to ascendant and not you phish,,however I can see I was wrong saying he has never been through or researched the problem. I did Xtacy ONE time and overdosed on it,,I wasnt a drug abuser. I had anxiety disorder that was caused by something other than stress. Although we all know stress causes physical ailments, I am here to say that I had physical ailments due to anxiety disorder alone,,,not stress. SO to help figure out how to explain it I talked to an Dr friend of mine today to help me explain and he says an explaination for what I am trying to say as explained by him is that anxiety disorder itself causes stress on the body. So stress causes anxiety and anxiety causes stress. Makes sense to me,,,even though its not the anxiety itself that causes physical ailments,,the toll it takes on the body does. Reading my last post over does sound confusing and I dont blame you guys for gettin me for it!!!!

Okay guys.
Been taking 2 melatonin tabs (3mg/tab) before bed for the past couple nights. About 15-20 minutes after taking them...I feel hella relaxed and my eyes get real heavy. I feel it is definitely helping me get to sleep faster...but, I would say the best part is that I'm STAYING asleep the entire night. Haven't been waking up which I usually do often.
Gonna stick w/ the melatonin tabs. Do you guys think I should use the tabs on an on/off basis or would it be okay to use every night?
