question about eating schedule..
my diet is listed below.
im in a very busy season right now at work and ive been getting out of work a little later than usual so im training much later at night than i normally do(this is all only temp. for right now, normal schedule back in a week)
my question is the following:
Im having my PWO at around 11pm, is there anything wrong with shoving meal 7 (PPWO) down my throat about an hour after that or even eat it with my PWO? will the food be digested properly? are the meals too large to have together?
of course meal 8 is 2 hours later...just trying to avoid staing up until 2 am to have to eat - then my sleep is cut short...
this is a lean bulk plan while on dbol and sust, ill list the complete cycle if needed.

i would up your cals a little on every other meal so you don't have to worry about an extra meal later. PWO, then PPWO then bed isn't bad at all. my $.02

cuz like your saying, PWO then PPWO then bed...does the PPWO meal have to be procarb or can it be profat (last meal)?

my opinion.
either 1. forget about carbs before bed as a bad thing. it won't hurt you, and it will take a while to digest seeing that it is whole food. brown rice and chicken would be great before bed.
or 2. make your PWO a whole food meal (oats 1 scoop whey & a chicken breast) then your PPWO meal could be a pro/fat meal.

Is it important to seperate your PWo shake with your next meal? I find when I get home from the gym and down my PWO shake (with dex), I'm ravenous like 15 minutes later for dinner.. then it's usually a pro/fat meal. Then I'll have 1/2 shake before bed.. .. so PWO nutrition around 6:30/7 then last shake at like 10... sound good?
