    Please check out my diet

    I'm 30 years old 5' 11" been working out for a few years just started my first cycle I need to consume 2600 cals to maintain weight but not the best gainer so would like to be around 3500 cals bulking diet

    Meal 1 pro/carb (6am)
    8 egg whites
    protein shake 1 scoop of whey 1 cup oats

    Meal 2 pro/carb (8:30am)
    1 protein bar
    1 wheat begel with sugar free jam

    Meal 3 pro/fat (11am)
    1 1/3 lb burger
    1 slice american cheese
    1 chicken breast

    Meal 4 pro/fat (1:30pm)
    protein shake 2 scoops whey
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter

    Meal 5 pro/carb (3:30pm)
    1 chicken breast
    1 cup white rice
    green veggies

    Workout (5pm)

    pwo shake (6pm)
    2 scoops whey
    1 cup oats

    Meal 6 pro/carb (7pm)
    1 chicken breast
    1 large baked potato
    green veggies

    Meal 7 pro/fat (9pm)
    1 chicken breast
    1 1/3 lb burger
    1 slice american cheese

    Meal 8 pro/fat (11pm)
    protein shake 3 scoops whey
    1.5 tbsp flax seed oil

    Post up all your macros, bro: protein, fats, carbs for every meal.

    These are just as important as the food you are eating....

    But just glancing at the food choices, looks pretty good.

    I would lose the protein bar if possible...

    Also, make sure the hamburger is lean if your cheese meets the fat macros for that meal.

    Also for the last meal of the day try to make it a solid meal: ie. almonds and cottage cheese.
    steak and almonds
    chicken and natty PB
    This way it will digest slow all night.

    But DO include the flax, just elsewhere in the day... maybe lose some cheese from one of the meals in exchange for the flax.

    Just a few thoughts, overall looks pretty good. Post up those macros.
