need some help cutting
just need to see if my cutting diet is in check can you guys help!!!
6am 1 cup of egg white and 2 whole wheat tortillas or 1/2 cup oats
9am 2 cans of tuna tbs of full fat mayo
12pm chicken breast veggies
3pm shake and 2tbs of olive oil
6pm lean protein 1/2 cup brown rice and green veggies
workout 7pm - 8pm
815pm pwo shake and 80g of dex
945pm 2 can of tuna and 1tbs mayo
Stats 5'7 180lbs no clue on bf%

Approach seems ok but we're gonna need macros for each meal to critique.

12pm chicken breast veggies(42gprotein)
3pm shake and 2tbs of olive oil(46g protein/14g fat)
6pm lean protein 1/2 cup brown rice and green veggies(50g protein/45g carbs)
workout 7pm - 8pm
815pm pwo shake and 80g of dex(46g protein/80g crabs)
945pm 2 can of tuna and 1tbs mayo(46g protein/14g fat)
312g protein =1248cal
155g carbs =620cal
42g fats =252cal
total cal=2120

Looks like a good place to start. Trial and error from this point on. Shoot for 2lbs a week.

Looks pretty good bro. If you do some research you should be able to find some formulas that will allow you to do some calculations to determine your BMR and LBM (if you can post some pics and get an educated guess at your bf%). Doesn't take much to calculate your BMR though.

I'm 5'10 195ibs bro, and i need help cutting as well. Your diet looks alot like the one I was thinking about giving a shot. Glad I came across it, will give it a go. Anyone have any secrets as to how to trim that pudge on ur belly.
