    The last 10lbs to lose!!!

Ok heres my deal; I was 236 lbs at the beginning of febuary, now im about 210lbs. I lost alot of fat, in my face, arms, chest, and some around my mid-section.

Im getting the impression that the stomach is the last to go. I work out my obliques, and abs about twice a week for like an hour (i really work them good).

So anyway my question is, what kind of advice would you give for someone in my situation that wants to lose maybe those last 10 lbs around my hips and abs. I eat right, barely drink, so Im hoping these motherf'ers will start poppin out soon. lol

My only thought was to what I could do, naturally of course...would be to really cut my carbs? With that I mean white breads, pasta noodles, etc. What do u think? I've lost the 26 lbs since Febuary, and it's a big difference from what I was...I get compliments all the time. But I dont want to stop there, I want the full package...and these last 10 lbs will be the icing on the cake!

Help if You Know what I should Do!!
    Thanks.

well you can't loose fat in specific areas. In other words you can target fat loss. But you can restructure your diet. I would recommend high protein, moderate complex carbs, low fat, as little sugar as you can.

Remember water retention might be the last bit of weight.

Have you considered a cycle of Clen ? I wouldn't recommend diet pills bc IMO they mess with your stomach and aren't the best thing.

Yeah if i took clen i'd be ripped by now...but pretty much 100% natural , know what i mean?

Im taking Firelean lol which helps me sweat a bit more when I do cardio...which is random every week, but at least 3-4 times for 45-60 min at a time.

So I do eat right, do workout, and i do cardio...so maybe it's just a matter of time until this baby fat goes.

Why is it irresponsible? Just curious. It's not like they said to drop some DNP or something.

Clen can cause long term damage. It places a huge stress on the heart, and should not be taken without strong consideration and research. People need to decide for themselves if it's worth the risk. DNP is actually safer in a way. If taken properly, there is no long term effect like clen.

i thought dnp is harsher than clen? i have read that a lot of people won't consider dnp because of the sides and if not taken correctly, some die.

DNP is dangerous, in the same sense slin is. If you do not do it right, it will kill you. But neither one will cause long term damage if cycled properly. Clen on the other hand, isn't exactly fatal, unless you downed 500mcg+ and had a heart attack. But Clen can cause long term damage to your heart.

Most bb's will take a cycle of DNP before thinking of using clen, and there's good reason for it.

    Don't freak out.

I said it would be irresponsible to recommend clen to anyone for that reason. If you decide for yourself that the results are worth the risk, then that's your decision. I have. I don't plan on living forever, and if I have a heart attack when I'm 65 from what I did 40 years ago, so be it. That's a decision I can make without regret.

Everyone has to make that decision for themselves.

This is true... I knew what I was getting in to.. I guess just seeing you write it out was a big fat reminder.. But I can't help but take these kinds of risks, it's an obsession.. Ever since the first day I went to the gym I've been hooked.. and it just keeps excelerating.. anyway... I hear ya
