Natty PB with Honey??
I accidently grabbed the wrong jar at the store and got Smuckers Natural PB with Honey. The ingredients are just Peanuts, honey, and salt. I was wondering if it is junk because of the honey. The nutritional profile is:
Total Fat: 16g
Total Carb: 9g
Sugars: 4g
Protein: 7g
I don't remember what the other jar was without the honey, but I don't think it was that much different. Would you guys say there's to much sugar? Thanks

If you're bulking, it would be fine in moderation. If you're cutting, return it or give it to the homeless.

Clean bulk. I usually don't go crazy on the stuff, usually a teaspoon here and there, but nothing out-of-control. I might just junk it though.

Its no biggie, the macros are pretty similar to the regular stuff. I have done this before. I assume you use SMUCKERS brand PB?? Thats what I use and this has happened to me before. It didn't have any effect on me during my lean bulk.

Do you guys actually enjoy Natty PB? I bought it for the first time to toss in to my shakes and I've only used it two or three times... but not in my shakes... just as Tb. Blech...

without natty pb i would go crazy while cutting. Can't get enough of the stuff. It definately makes an appearance in the natty pb and jelly sandwiches on cheat days as well.

Oh yah,
If i was cutting id toss it. Clean bulk and a teaspoon here and there- wouldnt stress.

the way you make it sound, it won't be an issue. you do use it in moderation so ur good. and that isn't being anal. i would be mad too. and i do love natty, too bad i'm cutting and i can't have any. when i start bulking i'm kicking it off with a jar of natty though, for sure!

I love the stuff too. Breaks the monotony of chicken, tuna, eggs, ect. That and oatmeal are my favorite.

Well... I have to admit, of the things we're allowed to eat I guess it's not the worst.. I am sort of warming up to it... but perhaps I bought a crappy brand. When I go back to the store to get sugar free jam I'll try an alternate type... I haven't ruled it out as I've done with CC.

i tried a teaspoon of the reg kraft pb..i hated it..natty pb taste soo much better as ive been using it for the past year..the other stuff just taste too sweet and smooth for me

I'm guessing its the once you start you can't stop situation. One tbsp of natty pb leads to an all out assault on the jar. As for me, staple of my cutting diets.

its not in my diet, so its wrong in that respect. but there is nothing wrong with it at all. i'm with buff. if i eat a spoonful i will eat a whole jar.

hhaha i think about it every night before i go to bed. they need a 0calorie natty peanut butter spray. just spray it in your mouth and it tastes like natty!

I used to be obsessed with Skippy..thought Id switch to smuckers because it only has 1g sugar opposed to Skippy's 3g. Plus..smuckers is 100% natural..skippy has other stuff than peanuts and salt. I didnt like the creamy smuckers but I love the nutty. PB is definitely my weakness. Ever since like February..what I do is take 2 small spoonfuls..(I guess 2 tablespoons?)..then quickly throw the spoon away..so im not tempted I have a few times gotten another spoon

Dam I just purchased and opened the same thing natty with honey.I also opened up my box of green tea that for some reason didnt notice the decaffienated on itTwo mistakes!!!

I've been A LOT more careful on my labels since. To bad I didn't realize the dip shvt at the store today charged me for 6 dozen eggs instead of 3. Oh well, I've been eating the stuff
