    225 grams of carbs before bed?

    After cutting thught I would try a different mass phase diet. Here is waht I have been doing for a few days. Critique please.

    morning cardio after coffee
    1-4 whole eggs, 7 egg whites
    2-8 oz. chicken, 1 tbs flaxseed oil, green beens
    3-10 egg whites, 2 tbs. ANPB
    4-8 oz. chicken, 1 tbs. flaxseed oil, spinach
    5 (preworkout 30 minutes prior) 2 scoops whey, 1 tbs. flaxseed oil
    6- (PWO) 2 scoops whey, 100 grams carbs from dextrose
    7-(PPWO 1 hour later) 14 egg whites, salsa, 3/4 cups white rice
    8-8 oz. chicken, green beens

    Calories-3400 Pro-330 Carbo-210 fat-78


    6' 182 lbs., endo, 13-15%

    Monday- Friday split, cardio every morning. Sunday off and cheat

    why no carbs till afternoon, you should take some carbs down in the morning.

    Thanks for the help.Would carbs for breakfast be better than having them a few hours before lifting? I used to take in 70 grams of carbs with oats and strawberries a few hours prior to lifting before i got on this P/F meal kick.

    IMO your diet needs to be totally revamped, you have all the right foods, and ideas shit just isnt in the right place at the right times

    2-chicken/flax/veggie
    3-tuna/flax/veggie
    4/egg whites/oatmeal
    5-PWO whey and dextrose
    6-PPWO lean protein and med gi low fat carbs
    7-chicken/flax/veggie

    You will not need nearly as many carbs PWO is you have enough Pre workout.

    yes this looks much better now, IMO although i do not like Dex, but if it works for you then bt allmeans keep useing it.

    the header of this thread is regarding carbs before bed so my reply is relevent to the topic...

    hit pro/fat before bed instead of carbs IMO..
