Protein Shake

Hi
I was wondering How long a protein shake will keep already preblended in the fridge?
I like to take it to work then to the gym.

Will it loose any nutritional substances?

its fine...just keep it refrigerated

or just mix it up at the gym add the water to the powder there

ditto...do what i do, put it in a shaker and add water if its just a powder...but if its some type of concoction that you made and blended, you will obviously have to put it in the fridge
