Late night sleepwalk eating
I need some advice! I am trying to loose weight, and I have my diet in check (well I think). I cycle every morning about 20 miles on an empty stomach. Here is where my problem starts. At night I will go to sleep not hungry, but in the middle of the night I will wake up and eat. What I eat is shitty food my roommate buys. Any suggestions of what I should eat before bed, or what I should do? Thanks any advise would be appreciated.

I would not say uncontrollable. When I wake up to go to the restroom my rational part of my brain is saying don’t do it. But my stomach is just drawn to the peanut butter, cookies, and etc. I eat tuna before bed, but I don’t take flax oil. What exactly does flax do? Thanks for any advice.

I would suggest eating cottage cheese, 1% not fat free (fat free tastes like garbage and 1% is very low in fat anyway, you'll appreciate it more). The protein in cottage cheese is casein which is a slow digesting protein.. it may help sustain you throughout the night and help you when you're doing that a.m. cardio on an empty stomach.. other that that I suggest to bump up your will power and stay away from your roommates garbage food..
