    Question on the cutting sticky

How, come there's no carb for meal 3? allot people on this board says to eat carb before workout, but all say read the cutting sticky that doesn’t have a carb before workout.

    Thanks,
    MO

Ideally you'll want to try an approach for a period of time, then evaluate.

If neccessary, matriculate to a different approach and try that for a certain time-frame as well.

From those approaches you can then learn about your own body and see what works best for you. Ultimately that's what everyone should do.

um well ill share my experiences..... i dont have a problem working out without having that pro-carb meal prior to the gym. it helps me cut "better" if i dont have that pro/carb meal. some days i do feel a little lathargic but i counteract that with either B-Complex, or black coffee before the gym.

When I do p/c (Complex) prior to my workout, I have a great workout.

    Thanks bro!
