Help with the timing of my meals
Just to give you and idea how my schedule goes…
My work hours are 4pm – 12AM and I’m in bed by 1:00AM
I wake up around 8 – 8:30am, basically depends when my son wakes up But that’s usually the time frame. I get him situated with his breakfast. While he’s eating his breakfast I start my stretching and have a cup of coffee. He’s done just before 9am and I start my morning cardio. My cardio session is 40 minutes, and I start my first meal around 10:15AM. I’m eating every 2-3 hours and my last meal is around 10PM – 11pm.
My schedule goes as follow
9:00AM Morning cardio
10:15AM Meal 1
12:30-1:00PM Meal 2
2:30PM Workout
3:30PM PWO Meal3
5:30-6:00PM Meal 4
8:00-9:00PM Meal 5
10:00-11:00 Meal 6
I try dictating the time frame for eating when my son wakes up.
Am I eating meal 1 too late?

the timing seems good, but it all depends on how much you are eating.

Meal 1 IMHO is a bit late after you rise in the morning, yes.
I usually suggest one do cardio within 30-40 mins. max after rising, and wait no longer than 20-30 mins. to eat after the cessation of cardio.
