    Lettuce, Pitas, Salsa

For a cutting diet, is it never ok to daily eat any type of bread/pita/tortilla? Is there any exception to this, any type of pita or bread at all that isn't full of carbs?

Also, what is in lettuce, can I eat a lot of this daily and be alrite?

Same question about salsa, the tostitos kind, maybe there is a leaner one that someone knows about?

Basically I want to make some grilled chicken fajitas or something, or maybe use lean ground beef.

If the bread type is completely out of the question then I guess I will just have to resort to the fork.

    Thanks in advance...

i think whole wheat tortillas are fine....eat them early during the day.
not sure what your stats are but even when cutting you need some carbs.
i would though keep the beef away from them and just stick to the chicken.

lettus if im wrong has litle or no nutritional value at all so you can eat that.

La Tortilla Factory makes good whole wheat tortillas in different flavors. Quite good actually.

I know there are tortillas out there that are made with little carbs, they're a bit stretchier than normal.. haha, but tasty. But I would try your concoction without the tortillas.. what I do is grill hte chicken with taco or fajita seasoning, in a bowl have lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and salsa, add the chicken and you have a really tasty fajita salad..
