    Help with a cutting cycle for Me

    need some help from all u experts out there. I've done my research so no need to flame me or tell me to do a search...I've been reading up on the stickies for cutting and everything but still am a little confused..

    Im 19 years old lifting for about 4 years and take it pretty seriously. I am 5'10 188lb about 15%bf built pretty well. I lost about 8 lbs in the past month because my gym attendance was not so great for various reasons. \Im ready to get back into it but need help

    I know i will want about 188x2 in (g) protein. Also ive heard from trainers in my gym that each ounce of chicken contains 6(g) protein and each ounce of steak contains 8(g). Is this true

    How much protein for each meal?
    Flax seed oil?
    Carbs and types (i know brown rice, yams, oatmeal etc) but how much per meal
    eating intervals?

    I will be doing cardio at about 7am 5 days a week.

    *Would someone please help me tailor a diet for someone of my stature?*
    also is there anything else i should know?

    any help even little tidbits will be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot bros

    make your own diet, and seriously, do a search because flax has been covered 1,000,000 times on here. and the cutting or bulking sticky will give you ratios and then you can tailor those ratios to your own needs. no one on here has time or tolerance to do this for you.

    Agreed. And by cycle I assume you mean 'diet'?

    You think you're ready to do a cycle when you don't even know how to construct a diet?

    I dunno, read up on the stickies and look @ other people's diets. Construct your own and we'll critique. No one has the time to make you your own diet.

    Maybe the trainers in your gym can assist you more and develop a plan for you.

    Not sure, you'll have to ask them.

    k i realize i should have made my own...But i have one more question...what are the best sources of dextrose and maltodextrin from food? Is the best way to buy shakes?

    No. Just go to the local muscle shop and get some pure muscle carbs or carbo complex. Could also consider gatorade or smarties pwo

    I meant cutting diet, not AAS cycle....Sorry i may have used the wrong terminology

    yes in all honesty tried for 2 weeks stopped asnd threw out my gear...not worth it in my opinion

    im not busted im not denying that i was dumb for tring it for 2 weeks before throwing it out. I totally admit it was a dumb move...but thats not what im asking for help wise. I obviously realized I was not ready for it, hence i threw out the whole idea. Even though i do not think i would do another cycle, I would like help from you guys

    its called "seach" button, now add a "re" infront of it, and we get "research". Combine those 2 words and we get "search and research", do some, make your own. We aren't going to post a diet for you. I have seen 3 topics that are covered thousands of times throughout the forums that you have posted all within the last 3 days. Look for yourself, stop being so damn lazy.
