    not if your making chicken soup! but yeah they are both high protein clean foods.

    Aside from taste, they are both rich sources of protein. Personally, I use chicken for my pro carb meals, and tuna for pro fat that way I can throw in some mayo and olive oil to take away the fishy taste and for EFA's.
