    hit a weight loss wall

ive been losing weight slowly over the past couple of years and i just have some bastard fat on my mid section from when i was alil kid that I cant get rid of. Ive tried many different eating patterns and workouts. Im thinking about eating balanced meals, lean, healthy carbs. I want opinions on doing 45-60 mins of carbs in the a.m. on empty stomach, then doing another 45 mins after I do my weight training. Im also going to run clen .

It would help if you posted your daily diet. You might not need the extra cardio. Rather, some alteration to your diet, if needed, could get rid of the additional fat.

Diet right now, I hit 50gram of protein and 18 grams of fat per meal with no carbs prior to workout, then keep pwo lean w/ carbs

Breakfast- 3 eggs, 2 egg whites, 24gram protein shake

    2-2 1/2hrs later 50gram protein shake, 25 almonds, or 2 % cheddar cheese stick

lunch- chicken breast/tuna, spoonful of peanut butter

    2-2 1/2hrs later 50gram protein shake, 25 almonds, or 2 % cheddar cheese stick

    workout 1-1 1/2 hrs later
PWO shake- 50 grams of whey, dextrose, in light soy milk

PWO meal- 1 1/2 hrs later: chicken breast, veggies, brown rice.

sometimes 30 mins before i goto bed ill eat a cup of 2% cottage cheese

I do 45 mins of cardio 5 to 6 times a week, and lift m/t/th/fri

How much do you weigh? How much lean mass do you have?

Are you sure your amounts are correct for the above?

    Etc....

    Responded to your p.m.

Now you see why you aren't progressing, the amounts are not correct for your goals.

    Steak pwo is also .

    Come on man.......

fat- 80-90 grams per day pre workout
carbs- around 20 pre workout, eggs and cheese and almonds always have a small amount of carbs
    protein- 300grams ed
carbs pwo- 200 b/t shake and then meal

Ill lose the steak from pwo, its a thing I rarely do anyways. Why no light silk soy milk pwo shake?? i get 20 carbs and 16 grams of soy protien from the milk.

Also I still havent had anyone comment on the cardio twice a day, 45-60 mins in the a.m and 45 mins after workout.

thanks for the input guys, I appreciate it.

How Is steak Not good in his meal 5? It is protein No?Does it depend on how long after His PWO shake?

Your PPWO meal should always be PRO/CARB. The dextrose had increased LDL levels and adding fat - from steak - to that mixture is asking the fat to be stored.

If you make neccessary corrections to your diet- as posted - and stick to AM-empty stomach cardio it will work. Just give it time.

I've thought about that too but I would think that would be counter productive. I could go into a million things but I gotta leave soon
