Looks pretty good to me. Couple suggestions:
- Maybe switch the protein bar in meal 6 to some whole foods.
- I personally like to consume at least 40 grams of protein in my PWO meal, along with my dex. Sometimes bump it up to 50. Thats just me, though.
- I agree with wolf, keep the fish oils.
- Also, maybe pick up some liquid flax oil rather than the caps.
Finally, don't know if they are posted on another thread, but what are your stats bro?
G-luck,

The reason I use a protein bar and the flax caps during last meals is because im at work. I work as a door supervisor so i can get away with munching a protein bar and a shake ect but i cant really take whole foods to work as i dont get a meal break or anything. I do use liquid flax if i supp with flax in the day. Stats are 5'9" 90 kilos 30" waist about 9-10%BF 30 years old. Been training for about 3 years seriously after a long long break.

Gotcha, beast. If thats the case i'd say it look pretty good to me. What do you want to drop down to? You're nice and cut for about 200lbs.
On another note, I'm down with tuna as much as the next guy on this board, but stomaching it for breakfast is another story! Power to ya.

Hmm, just noticed you don't get much fat with that last casein shake. I'd try to get more than what you're getting at this point. Is that meal at home or still at work? Maybe toss in some almonds if its at work?

that meal is still at work. I can take some almonds with me no problems. Will this not push my fat intake quite high though?? How about dropping the fish oil i take with the protein bar as that already contains 5.8g fat and take them and the flax with the casein??

LOL about the tuna. I just cant be bothered to cook in the morn. Heating up the oats is work enough!!

Why veg and coconut oil? There are healthier choices like olive oil

veg i meant as in vegetables i.e. brocolli ect sorry my bad grammar!! Coconut oil has been shown to be healthy and beneficial for fat loss.

I wouldn't worry too much about the fat intake. You are pretty low at this point, in my opinion. Also, I've found that when I up my EFAs I experience my best fat loss. An extra 10 grams is pretty nominal Id say.

I also agree, don't worry about your fat being 80g or so as long as the majority is coming from EFA's, and remember you will have to tweak it when you plateau so it is better to start out "high" IMO.
Good luck.***No source checks!!!***

garnell nutrition aspire 40 bar. I have stopped eating bars in exchange for real food now as i dont trust there label claims and im unsure how the polyols affect blood sugar levels as they are sort of a carb.
Aspire to a higher level of Protein™
Our aim was to develop a bar that ‘we would choose ourselves’ that anyone serious about their training and nutritional intake would seek out. The objective was simple; it had to deliver on protein. It would not become a compromised novelty bar, nor a bland or hard to eat ‘jaw breaker’. We believe the result is quite exceptional. A bar that provides a massive 40 grams of protein, derived from the finest protein sources: milk protein isolate and whey protein concentrate, just 1.6 grams* of impact carbs and available in three beautiful flavours, all with a moist, fluffy texture.
We call it ASPIRE-40™ A name we felt fitting for what is a 'true protein bar' and one that you really can enjoy.

I have startted to feel quite lethargic during my workouts so today i ate three dried figs pre workout. Felt 10 times better more energy and better workout. Anyone advise whether i should consume small ammount of fruit pre workout or should i stick with diet plan and just slog it out while feeling lethargic???
