    Question Almonds or cashews

    Which is better... I am cutting n someone said cashews but then I heard about some ab diet on bb.com raving about Almonds! I AM SO CONFUSED... HELP

    From what I know about nuts, they all contain EFA's, which is good news. However, I cannot comment about which nut is better...

    id choose on taste, or mix it up. nothing makes you fall off track faster then an unchanging boring diet.
