I am thinking my best bet is to fork out the money and get something set through you as I have deffinatly seen some results come from there.

    LOL, thanks for the mention.

Honestly right now yes things are great, I'm changing a shitload of people, I'm dieting myself, and I'm pretty swamped. It's some influx from myspace, a lot from the JSF, and others via other searches I have set up.

    Whatever works.

get your hands on the april edition of muscle and fitness mag if you can, they have this diet which can be very beneficial to your goals,

I personally think it isn't that great, some time the timing is off I know, but your really should be doing one or the other, this diet consisted of two high carb days in the week, these days carbs were eaten, this works but takes to long.

your best bet would be a cycle of some thing like tren and test or some winny.

Recommending steroids when a sound nutritional approach has not even been attained yet, is very bad advice.

He may not even be in a position that warrants the use of exogenous substances. I'd refrain from going around recommending the use of steroids, especially in the diet forum.
