How my diet sounds?!
currently on 1000 mg/week Test E and 750 mg/week Deca , 225 lbs, 6", BF about !3%.
meal 1
10 Egg whites
1.5 cup oats
40 g whey
meal 2
6 oz chicken breast, broiled
1.5 cup brown rice
small salad
meal 3
2 super lean beef patties (burger) only 4.5% fat.
2 oz gouda cheese
4 slice whole wheat bread
vegies
meal 4
1 can tuna
1 scoop whey
peanuts
workout
post workout
20 oz Gatorade or some Dex.
2 scoops whey
1 cup oats
meal 6
5 oz turkey breast
s slice wheat bread
1 oz gouda cheese
vegies
meal 7
10 egg whites
1 cup oats
1 scoop whey
BED TIME
4:30 am
2 scoops whey+ Casein
1 cup oats
any mods, highly appreciated

are you cutting???...Bulking???that would help brother...im guessing bulking...and alot of people will tell you that you have to many shakes, but imo it does not matter...diet looks ok, except you need more efa's, and id add them in the meal you wake up for instead of the oats, Ie: some flax, or natty pb, and id add them at another meal as well.jmo...good luck bro

i would aslo switch the chees with a efa like 1 tbsp flax oil, but being on a bulker then its ok, dairy i find thickens my skin and i appear less vascular...
