cutting weight
hi i am a boxer and am looking to drop a weight class. in my local shows i have been fighting at 185 cutting from 215 which is my natural walk around weight. i am 6 foot 1 and i now want to make the trek to 170. to do this i want to have my natural body weight at around 195 . From there i wont need ur help because i am an experienced weight cutter. I train 2 times a day mon thru friday fopr about 2 hours each. my diet was a bulker taing from this board as i have a body builder look but i am ready to dedicate myself to my sport and do what it takes and bodybuilding will not get in my way for this. My old deit was 8 meals a day at 3500 calories. ,y new one is looking like 5 meals a day with 2000 calories a day. It has 180 grams of protein in it as well. I was wondering ur thoughts on this and i dont want to lose too much strenght i am doin this for a sternght advantage i wil have if i can keep my strenght.

u want to keep ur natural weight at 195? And you are going to try to keep ur calories at 2000 a day? As much cardio required for boxing...that's a little low isn't it? I mean i understand for extreme cutting right before a fight but for lowering your natural body weight, that low of a caloric intake can't be good. Post your diet including macros for everyone.
also might wanna include what kinda cardio regiment you do / will be doing.
