    Can someone critique my diet?

    Hi guys,

    Can you take a look at my diet and tell me if you see anything wrong with it? My stats are 160pounds, 18%BF, 6foot 1, age 26. I am looking to gain around 20-25 pounds, expecting to hit around 20-22%bf. I just started the diet today today and am already sick of eatting all that chicken breast.



    For the Totals below the format is:
    Pro Carb Fat Calories


    Meal 1 + Vitamin C(1000mg) + Zinc(50mg) + (Multivitamin)
    2/3 Cup of Oatmeal Uncooked
    Cup of water 1, 1/2 Cup Whey
    Total: 40 46 4 380

    Meal 2
    6 Large Eggs
    Total: 36 6 30 438

    Meal 3
    5oz Chicken Breast
    1tbsp olive Oil (in container poured over top after out of the microwave)
    Total: 40 0 19 331

    Meal 4
    5oz Chicken Breast
    1tbsp olive Oil (in container poured over top after out of the microwave)
    Total: 40 0 19 331

    Pre-Workout Meal + Vitamin C(1000mg)
    1/2 Cup Green beans
    Yam Baked 1/2 (4oz)
    5oz Chicken Breast
    Total: 43 31.5 5 343

    Creatine + L-Arginine(1500)MG
    Workout

    Post Workout Meal
    Cup of water 2 Cup of Whey
    Dextrose 92g
    Total: 48 100 2 610

    Post-Post Workout Meal + Vitamin C(1000mg) +multivitamin
    1/2 Cup Green beans
    Yam Baked Whole (8oz)
    5oz Chicken Breast

    Wow this is a tricky one, by ur body fat I would say you need to cut for sure, however at your height and weight there is noway you could do that. Well maybe drop to 150 then build up, but still tricky situation.

    You're going to add much more than 2% bodyfat if you are looking to gain 25 lbs. With that approach anyhow.....

    Should I change my approach then? Eat less calories in total? Or is my carb consumption to high, any help would be appreciated I'm desperate here.

    To many shakes

    i also think your carbs are a little low. If you want to gain 25lbs. I would move them around a bit. for example in stead of 6 eggs do 6 eggs with the 1/2 cup of green beans , from the postpost workout meal
