Why don'tyou post your diet and goals .. Then you'll be sure that you're eating right for what you want to achieve..

Brutha, u do realize there are like 23495242499 different forms of protein shakes that you can buy ready made?

Try replacing shakes with foods, may help speed metabolism a bit.
