    Reheating Eggs?

    Just wondering if I were to scramble eggs then refrigerate and reheat the next morning would they lose their protien value? Anyone have any clue about this?

    Eggs are so quick/easy to cook I'd make them fresh. They will stink like ass and be rubbery as hell the next day when reheated.
