    Weigh food?

How many people here use a scale to weigh their food? I eat a lot of homemade steaks that dont come with a nutrition label on them how can I find out how much protein I'm intaking..? By weighing the food?

calorieking.com will provide you with the nutrition facts on just about any food.

I've dieted so long and used the same types of foods, that I know the nutritional facts by heart. I can also gauge the size/weight within a couple ounces. But I will still weigh all my food durring a cutting diet.

i thinking weighing is important when cutting. but bulking is bulking (getting close will work). i weigh my food currently, and honestly, when i bulk i will weigh my food the first day just to give me a picture of how much i will be eating in the future, and i can usually get very close after that first time.
