May seem like a dumb question...

    but anyway:

If I were to grind up one cup of oats and drink them would it be the same as eating them whole?

I'm asking this because I'm bulking and am having trouble getting the amount of calories I'd like to and it's obviously easier to drink them than to eat them.

    So, any thoughts?

    Haha.

No I'm only asking because eating dry oats all day isn't easy, but drinking them is

So this should make things much easier...

I wish I had that problem. I can eat 10 cups a day and still be hungry for more.

    Fvck... I hate cutting.
