What to Eat before Martial Arts Class
Hey bros
I am in a strictive cutting diet for 6 weeks and every Mon and Wed I have an intense martial arts class that lasts for 2 hours, from 6-8PM. I'd be normally having my dinner at 7PM so that will not be possible during the class.
I was wondering what I should eat before the class so I don't get too hypoglycemic due to the lack of carbs.
I was thinking of having my regular pro/fat meal at 3:30ish and then have something like a protein shake w/ oatmeal and a piece of fruit (pro/carb meal) like 30 min before the class and after the class have a pro/fat meal at around 8:30-9 PM.
What you guys think?

Yeah I don;t know if I should do pro/carb or pro/fat... I think I will try pro/carb (small amt of complex carbs) first and see how that goes, then I will try pro/fat on Wed.
Hey Spy, all you have is an apple and you're all good to go? I am prone to getting hypoglycemic when I am cutting so that's why I am leaning towards the pro/carb route
