without sounding like a prick. you need to initiate an approach that limits combining carbs and fats as much as possible to limit fat gain instead of lean mass gains. my advice, would be to then rethink your diet with that in mind and propse a new diet with those approaches in mind. then others including myself, will help you fine tune food choices and meals. until then it is hard to establish a way to help you, because, to me, the first line of order is to have macros set up correctly.

drop the peanut butter and whole eggs in meal one to make it a pro/carb meal. you could add a Tablespoon of flax oil to your can of tuna to make that a pro/fat meal. those are a couple examples of what i'm referring to.

nahh it isn't the fats that is the problem. it is the combination of fats and carbs in a "meal" chicken and brocolli is fine. you may want to centralize your carbs around your workouts. say pre workout, PWO and PPWO. and if you can handle the carbs you could have them first thing in the morning too. then you can make the rest of your meals pro/fat.

i would say drop that muffin too in meal one. meal 2 just go with a can of tuna and a tablespoon of flax. meal 5 maybe go with 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of oats if you can. PPWO could be a lean protein source and sweetpotatoes or whole wheat pasta or rice. meal 6 i would add another tablespoon of flax to.
