    Smile Fat Loss product(s)

    Hey,

    I can't seem to PM anyone.. and I'm not sure why. Maybe I missed something when reading the educational post.

    Anyways, I would like to know a couple of things.

    I am pretty keen on typical main stream fitness/health and am new to this world and it's views. So what I would like to know is the following:

    o What are some great diets that you guys follow? (for FAT loss)
    PM me-if it works.
    o What are the effective fat loss products you guys use?

    there is a "cutting sticky" atop the page. it is a map to a fat loss diet. if you alter it to your caloric and training needs it will work. as for fat loss products do a search on this site for ECA... it will help, but diet will be the ultimate fat loss tool. after you map out a plan of attack using the sticky, post up your diet, stats, and goals. other will help you fine tune your plan. good luck bro...and welcome.
