    Diet help - Weights/MMA training

    Height: 6'2"
    Age: 21
    Weight: 205Lbs
    Goal: Gain Lean body mass ( Clean Bulk )
    Im very active: Working My @SS off on weights M/T/Th/F Wednesdays and weekends off and doing mma training for 1 hour M/t/w/t/f weekneds off, MMA training consist of some cardio, conditioning + grappling ( fighting )

    Meal #1: 7:00 A.M
    120gm Oatmeal C: 400/F: 3/Carb: 88/P: 14
    12 Egg Whites C: 197/F: 0/Carb: 4/P: 41

    Meal #2: 9:30 A.M
    300g Chicken Breast C: 275/F: 6/Carb: 0/P: 52
    6 Soft gel Flax C: 60/F: 6/Carb: 0/P: 0

    Meal #3: 12:00 P.M
    300g Chicken Breast C: 275/F: 6/Carb: 0/P: 52
    ½Tbl Olive Oil C: 59.5/F: 7/Carb: 0/P: 0

    Meal #4: Before Workout 2:30 P.M
    120gm Oatmeal C: 400/F: 3/Carb: 88/P: 14
    60gm Whey Protein C: 224/F: 3/Carb: 5/P: 44

     Workout 

    Meal #5: 4:00 P.M
    60gm Whey Protein C: 224/F: 3/Carb: 5/P: 44
    80gm Dextrose C: 90 /F: 0/Carb: 80/P: 0

    Meal#6: 1 Hour after Meal #5
    120gm Oatmeal C: 400/F: 3/Carb: 88/P: 14
    300g Chicken Breast C: 275/F: 6/Carb: 0/P: 52

    Meal#7: 6:30 P.M

     MMA Training: 7:00 – 8:00 P.M 

    Should I add a pre-bed meal? Ill be going to bed around 10-11 P.M

    depending on how intense the mma training is- that seems like quite a bit of carbs (if youre looking to stay as lean as possible) plus, 8 pm at night is pretty late to be downing a bowl of oats. but listen to your body. also, lose the gel caps- get actual oil. and if you want nuts with your chicken, use almonds or a couple tbsp of natty pb. not bad though otherwise

    if youre staying up that late, add a couple scoops of whey or casein with some flax

    carbs are pretty high man. I do MMA... it's not THAT intense that you need that much. I mean don't get me wrong... it's hard ... but dunno ... i do 2 hours minimum and I don't take in that kinda carbs ...

    Thats a hell of alot of chicken! Dont you like any other sources of protein?
