using extracts to flavor up oats?

just looking for more info on those flavor extracts, like the ones sold by mccormick, and if they're ok to add onto oats as a flavoring? my main concern is if they have any potential to cause insulin spikes or any of the like?

i'm thinking of using stevia extract and those extracts to flavor up my oats. they have orange, banana, lemon, vanilla, and a bunch of other flavors. just want to make sure there's not any concerns for it affecting insulin levels or anything along those lines.

Don't worry about it bro. As far as I know, stevia has little affect on insulin . Cinnamon is good, as weel as s/f jam. Favorite though is chocolate whey. mmm.
