    Oatmel with cott.ch. for PPWO

Is oatmel with fat free cott.chesse too much fat for PPWO?

    Oatmeal has about 7g per 100g, and the c.c. 1.8 g per 100 g ....

I could eat that mix all day long it mixes perfectly, I also throw in some sliced turkey breasts and salt mmmmmmmm

Nah bro, you should be fine. I use oats for my PWO! Oats/cc is a good PPWO meal IMO.

Did you try it Swole? Coz its actually a lot better then it sounds! You put the c.c. in the bowl first, some salt, put the oatmeal on top, and then pour some boiling water on top, the oatmeal soaks up the water, and the heat blends the whole thing together!

I've used oats/cottage cheese/ and chocolate whey. Cold of course.

    Sounds decent though bor.

Oatmeal w/ splenda and sometimes a touch of cinnamon tastes like heaven. I can't even imagine what oatmeal w/ salt would taste like.
