Can you eat oatmeal dry right out of the canister? I hate the texture of mushy foods. I tried to eat oatmeal cooked by adding water and I could not stand it. However, I did try some dry and I could tolerate it. I guess my question is, does it make a nutritional difference if I eat them dry? And yes I did do a search and read a few threads. They talked about GI levels, but did not give a clear answer to this question. Can your body digest the dry oatmeal and provide your body with the carbohydrates I am looking to get out of the oatmeal just as well as the cook oatmeal? Thank you
