i would consume 75g after cardio in the am or for breakfast...and then 75g pwo...that is really low...i am 10 days from a show and that is where mine are...how come you are going so low....are you cycling your carbs, or are they this low all the time??

Do you think it is too low?

It's just a figure I had in my head so thought I would give it a try.

I am cycling carbs yes, 3 days at 150g and then a re-feed day at 350g and then back to low.

My first real atmept at a carb cycling diet

Also, I normally train at around 6pm, do you think that from breakfast till then is 2 long without carbs? If i was to use Webb's approach

THats why i was thinking pre workout to fuel the workout and then post workout for recovery?

i would want the pre workout carbs to prevent my workout from being catabolic. if i were to lower mine i would go breakfast, pre and post workout. 60-70g per meal.

what are your stats...i personally think 150g is to low unless you are rally trying to cut some fat...i would go for 200g a day, with 25-50g in the am then the rest spread out during the day, especially pre workout and pwo...

im currently at 150-200g for 5 days then 400-500g for 2 days.

i have read that bumping up healthy fats while going low carb is the way to go, am i correct?

Only really started cutting 2day, trying to really cut the fat and also "prime" my body before my next mass builder

aiming for 150g carbs, 400g protein, and 70g good fats

Comes to around 2800 cals per day, give or take a few

Out of my 8 meals of the day...usually 6 are pro/carb. I've found that carbs throughout the day keeps my energy levels up and my metabolism up much better than eating carbs during only 3 meals a day and one or two on nontraining days ever did previously.

I'm going to have to try adding more carbs back into my cutting diet...makes me a little nervous because it seems like I might add fat instead of lose it, but I've been stalled for about 3 weeks now and really need a change. I'm not getting more than 100g a day right now. How much would you guys say I need to bump it up by? I tried a carb-up day for the first time this week, and I must say I feel a whole hell of a lot better afterwards. Sucks, I'm down to my last 5-10 pounds before I can go on a clean bulk, and it is just not coming off.

sweet potatoes are da bomb! I got another great receipe for u Webb and Chest. Cook one potato in the microwave (fastest way). slice it as thin as possible (about the size of a poker chip or two) and bake in the oven @ 425 for 30-40 mins (keep checking on them) till there crunchy but not burnt........great tasty snack.

sorry for hijacking...........and not posting this in the receipe forum
