    1 teaspoon=4g dextrose. 1 tablespoon=3 teaspoons

Get the # of dextrose you want to use...divide it by 4. THats the number of teaspoons you use. For example..my dextrose is 5g per teaspoon. 80g dextrose/5= 16. 16/3= 5 1/3 which is how many tablespoons I use.

1/2 cup is indeed 75 grams of carbs. Use that as a base measurement, why go through all the nit pickin' stuff?

I'm with Johan 100%. A scale is the best purchase I have ever made. Makes my life in the kitchen so so so much easier.

I weigh everything. Whey, flax, olive oil, simply faster than a measuring cup and less dishes.
