    Egg Beaters?

Sorry to waste a thread post on this, but i didn't really find my answer in a search. I was wondering if egg beaters can be substituted for egg whites. A 1/4 cup of egg beaters is equivalent to 1 large egg, minus the fat. I just wanted to see your thoughts on this, before I incorporated them into my diet.
    Thanks again bros.

Yeah, I buy the 5 dozen eggs and just use the whites.

Or u can get them from my homegirl Lana @ www.lanaseggwhites.com

She's reppin' me on her page, and was on the front for a few months.
