calorie burning
in order for me to get my waist down and expose my abdomen i have to do a lot of cardio and diet with a lot more discipline than most.Right now Im burning 1340 calories between 2 cardio sessions morning, night.So what is an ideal calorie to support that much cardio activity.

that is a whole lot of cardio. what kind of cardio are you doing? because a fat calorie is different than burning muscle for fuel.

treadmill 12% incline speeds between 3.5and 4.5 5 minute intervals and holding on while contracting the glutes.

5 O CLOCK,5,OUNCE CHICKEN 1 CUP MIXED VEGES
7 O CLOCK WEIGHT TRAINING,CARDIO
POST WEIGHT TRAING MEAL
9 O CLOCK,5 OUNCE CHICKEN,BAKED POTATO
12 O CLOCK,5 OUNCE CHICKEN 1 CUP WHITE RICE,1 TBLS OLIVE OIL
3 O CLOCK,5 OUNCE CHICKEN,1 CUP MIXED VEGES
6 O CLOCK,5 OUNCE CHICKEN
9 O CLOCK SLEEP 4 HOURS
TOTAL PROTEIN190 TOTAL CALORIES 835
TOTAL CARBS 151
BODY WEIGHT 190 lbs
I NEED TO APPLY A PROTEIN POWDER I NO BUT IM ON A SERIOUS BUDGET
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

im sorry i should have been more specific i work third shift so when i get home its 9 o clock when i get up it's 1 PM.my cardio sessions are 45 minutes long

why not go to bed at 6 right after your last meal or 7 (an hour later)?
i would drop the carbs in teh meals that include teh il, and have them somewhere else. try to avoid combining carbs and fats.

You're only sleeping 4 hours night? Maybe more sleep would help ?

12% incline? I think you would be better off doing 6-7% without holding on.

i guess that time schedule doesn't make sense to me w/o times in there. i can't wrap my mind around teh whole 3rd shift thing without times.
