    bulking back up again

unfortunately my recovery took longer than expected. i've perhaps lost 20lbs of muscle. i dont feel too confident nor great about myself but only i can change that. im going to bulk up again, ive gained a little fat while i havent been training and i am keen to lose it. Im going to be bulking seriously. my question is about cardio in relation to my diet.

I want to lose b/f aswell. i will be walking 15minutes to the gym, and 15 minutes back probably 4 times a week. will this be sufficient with a clean diet or will i need to up the cardio. I personally dont count walking as cardio but it is near 30 minutes every training day.

the walking will do close to nothing. If you want to do walking as a fatburner you need to walk for atleast 1,5 hours each day. 30 minutes of walking only burns something like 150kcal.

that sounds shitty be sure to make all injuries heal up before you hit the weights to hard. Listen to the docs!!

depending on how serious the injuires where I think you should start easy. Dont go balls out in the gym and dont go to failure. Just get a feel for the weights. You will grow back very quickly at first so no need to push yourself to the limit.

Clean bulk sounds like a good idea to get everything back.
