    Thumbs up diet change up

just wondering if any bros here have tried dieting in a phase. like one week going carbs for breakfast and pwo/ppwo only with the rest of the meals coming from pro/fat. then the next week going pro/carb(around 1.0-1.5 per pound of bodyweight)every meal with no fat added into the diet. i am thinking of trying this as a part of my cutting diet. what do ya'll think?

Seems like to me the more pro/fat meals I have the worse I look. I like the pro/carb all day right now besides the last one or two meals. That is a nontraining day..a training day could be all carb meals

if nothing else it would show you what works best for you.

But on the pro/carb week be sure to get some EFA's atelast. Dont nix the fat completely that is a big no no.

i was thinking maybe a pro/fat before bed, consisting of 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil.

I'm a carb-sensitive person myself, so fat/protein with green veggies works best for me in keeping a lean/ripped look. I to utilize carbs (starches) for recovery pwo of course.

i have success using carbs throughout my day while cutting. you HAVE to find what works for you, so just try it, and then reevaulate.
