    Traing For 5 Years Ive Cycled Suss With Deca
    D Bol With Deca
    And Eq With Deca
    Im Currently 26 190LBS 15% BF

    Wake Up At 2 Pm 1 Cup Of Coffee,1 Pint Grapefruit Juice 1 Cup Oatmeal
    4 Pm Weight Traing Pwo Meal 50 Grams Protein Shake 1 Cup Rice 1 Sweet Potatoe
    7pm 6 Ounces Boneless Breast 1 Sweet Potatoe
    10pm 6ounces Boneless Breast 1cup Of W Rice 50 Grams Protein
    12am I Go To Work
    1am 8 Ounces Of Boneless 1 Tbls Of Olive Oil
    4am 6 Ounces Boneless Breast 1 Cup Mixed Veges
    7am 6 Ounce Boneless Breast
    8 25 I Get Off Work,i Get Home About 8 40 In Bed By 9am In Bed Till 2 Pm
    Also Aminos When Waking Up Before Gym On Empty Stomach After Gym And Before Sleep

    grams of protein, carbs and fats.

    basically your calorie break down of each meal, along with how many grams of each (pro/carb/fat) and then totals for the day.

    your running on only 5 hours of sleep...i personally have trouble dieting if i am not getting enough sleep. my body seems to lose too much muscle for my liking if my sleep isnt at least 8 hours per night while i am dieting
