Buttermilk and lactose
I would like you people to ask you if buttermilk contaigns lactose same as normal milk?I used milk in pwo but now im trying to lose some fat and thought is a good ideea to change it to buttermilk.Some advises??

If ur goal is to loose fat, avoid by all means any milky products. Sure it depends on how u metabolize lactose and the kind of body-type uīve got.
If uīre the kinda guy with no probs in gainin weight quickly and uīre strong (u know what I mean), then u donīt need that shit.
Instead take some calcium in the mornings and post-workout, thatīs all we, grown up men, need.
Milk is 4 babies.

Milk is 4 babys right,ok then im a baby.My question was if the lactose is the same amount as in normal milk,im not afraid of some fat like im afraid from sugars.

yes i believe it does. and you shouldn't worry about the fat OR the sugars in milk, its the fact that they're mixed together that'll fvck you up

besides lactose is not like most sugars cause it wont spike your insulin
