A friend of mine had recommended this to me....

It works much better than fitday or the like for me.... it's quick, no internet needed, and every food I've looked for so far is in there.

Anyone that has downloaded this program, I have a question.

When it says carbohydrates (by difference) is it still necessary to subtract the fiber from the carbohydrate amount given?

Or does the by difference mean it has already been subtracted? Thanks
