Question Only one meal between cardio and lift?

Ok I due to some changes with my work, it would not be benifitial for me financially to do my lifting in the mornings. My question is will it be a hinderance in my progress to have only 1 Pro/Carb Meal between my morning cardio and my lift? From my limited knowledge I'm not seeing any issues with it, however I was looking for advice on his from any of the many members on here who know a whole hell of alot about proper diet then I do. Thanks.

I personally would not lift until I had eaten AT least 2, preferrably 3-4 meals after cardio and before weight training.

Thanks for the link to that man, I guess I'll shuffle it up and do my AM cardio then I'll just do my lifting after work a little later in the evening then before.
