That's a horrible diet that will pack on plenty of fat along with the muscle. You'll deff pack on 20lbs though if that's all you care about. I'd clean it up a bit IMO, all the extra calories aren't needed. Also Very doubtful you're 9% but I'll take your word for it, or you can post pics.

Well no cam, but i am 95 had it tested they dunked me in this water tank and shit at my docs.
I just cut from 273 dow nto where i am. why is this bad. my metabolism is high which i hate. I also do 25mins cardio 3-4 days a week when bulking.
even when cutting i eat 300g carbs a day, and 90g fat.
I also can eat 3500-3900 cals a day and not gain an ounce ever. Sucks with my metabolism. And it sucks more being tall.

5000+ calories just isn't needed bro, go a bit over your maintainance which seems to be around 3800/day for LBM gains, anything over will result in fatgain. Will you be using anabolics?
Also, at your stats you should become a Pro-wrestler, that's some sick stats.-B D

Well no I am not using gear, I am 19. They persuaded me away, which is for the best i guess.
I usually use 5500 cals, gain 12-13 muscle in 3-4 months and prolly 3-6 fat.
I wantedto push it up.
Maybe 400 protien, 650g carbs, 120g fat = 5300, then i will add if need be. i have gained 6 lbs in 10 days, but it is mostly food weight i am sure, and water form sodium increase. I drink like 2g water a day atleast.
well off to bed. keep on posting, good night bruthers. i am outty for now.

Well I used to eat a little over maintenance and then tried the 5.5k-6.5k cals route and the difference in gains was huge

Chest, the huge gains were muscle or fat?
Or more fat along with more muscle?
Or just more muscle?

Huge strength gains, muscle gains. Fat gains only came when I stopped the cardio completely...and they were very small fat gains. Granted, all those calories were clean. It wasn't 5.5-6.5 cals of cheeseburgers..

yeah, I'd never imagine you eating shit.
Good to know, thanks for the info.

sorry to hijack, but chest i'm curious. so you would advocate a diet in extra high excess clean calories and a steady cardio routine while bulking? because i was going to give that a shot this fall.

I mean I'm sure a lot would disagree with me but I have tried both. 500 over maintenance and then upwards of 6k. When I was eating all that food..my squat would go up at least 10lbs on a weekly basis..

there really is NO DIFFERENCE IN GROWTH between exceeding ur Maintiance calorie intake by 250 cals or 2500 cals.. so why add that extra fat on..
ABSOLUTELY IDIOITIC!
u really should take a gander at my diet
as im bout 298 13-14% as of now

I try to keep cals about 1000 cals over maintenance with 3-5 days of am low intensity cardio in the mix for 30minutes and I have found this to be the BEST.

well tai, i gain more the more ieat. Usually 3-6 fat in 3-4 months and 12-13 lbs muscle. while bulking on 5500. this one was gonna be a lil higher like 6600 or so. for 5 months.
He lets see some people list their greatest meanest bulks. I eman insane. once i did 6 weeks ,at 600g protein, and 1200g carbs, while on 160g fat. just to try it, gained 7 muscle and 7 fat. so yeah not wise. this was while doing 45mins cardio 4 days a week..
just something i tried.

You claim you naturally gained 7lbs muscle in 7wks and 13lbs muscle in 3-4months.
Gimme a break bro.
You're 19, I'd expect stories like this I guess.-B D
