Eating breakfast & cottage cheese questions
Hi, I find it difficult to have anything for breakfast that requires chewing ..I will usually be physically sick. My solution to this is to put everything in a shake and drink it.
My breakfast shake consists of:
1 banana
1 tub cottage cheese
2 scoop protein
2 cup powdered oats
Yes.. it's like drinking cement but atleast it goes down!
Can you guys reccommend anything else I could do to improve breakfast diet?
Also, I have 2 tubs of cottage cheese a day (morning & pre sleep) and wondered if that is too much fat?
Cheers,
Dave

i think you should lay out your dietary approach because saying it is too much fat is making an assumption that your fat is already point on within the rest of your diet.
do what u have to do to get food down, but aybe lay out your other meals so we can have a look at what may need to be changed and what you have a solid grasp of.

Pull the cottage cheese out of the shake it must be disgusting! Add some fruit instead like straberries.Save the cottage for later!

I'd pull the cottage cheese out in the morning. The rest seems ok. Maybe a bit more protien at 9pm. IMO What are your total macros. Cutting or bulking?
