    Bulking Diet, What do you think?

    Meal 1- 1cup Oatmeal, Cyto Gainer Shake (80g. carb, 54g. Protein), Kantilope.
    Meal 2- White meat Chicken breast, 1 cup whole grain Barilla Angel Hair Pasta (Great Stuff, Better than whole wheat)
    Meal 3- Muscle Milk Shake (32g. Protein), Apple, 1 tbsp. Flax Oil.
    Meal 4- White meat chicken breast, 1 sweet potato.
    Meal 5 (Pre-Workout)- Muscle Milk Shake (32g. Protein)
    Meal 6 (Post-Workout)- Cyto Gainer Shake (80g. Carb, 54g. Protein)
    Meal 7- Chicken Ceaser Salad, 1 cup Cottage Cheese.
    Meal8 (Befor Sleep)- Muscle Milk Shake (32g. protein)

    what are your stats bro? Im not real big on muscle milk. it has fats and sugars, and mixing them is not a good idea.

    The only thing that I dont like is the muscle milk before bed. I know you are probobly using it because it is casin based protein but It also has a good bit of fats in it and a moderate amount of carbs. I wouldnt want to take in both right before bed. I ussally take in some chicken or tuna before bed.

    Way too many shakes. Still not even a true bulking diet..thats not many calories at all. And if it is..its all liquid. I would replace the shakes with eggwhites..chicken breasts or tuna
