I do my weights(30-45 min.) and cardio(at least 45min) in the eve. ( in that order). I know ppl in here will say to split them up, but I already get up at 5 am to get ready for work and getting up any earlier would cut into my sleep time. My question is how many hrs b4 I begin my workout should I consume my last meal. I'm curently trying to cut down on BF%. 35 yo 230 lbs. 5'-9".
I would guess that meal b4 workout would b pro/carb correct?
