How many calories do you endos eat in a mass phase?

Just wondering, I am doing cardio and weights in the same day and eating 3200 calories and seems to be good. My buddy says unless you hit 3800, do are spinning your wheels. What good would another 500 calories a day do besides make me get fat.

5000-7000. Try and be clean. I cycle at around 200-215 pounds and am in the gym three on one off (day). Eat, eat eat. Any fat you gain should be gone in a few months as long as you stop eating like a pig post cycle and keep lifting heavy.

he never said he was on a cycle?

not sure where you got that info from, but 5000-7000 based on the info he's given us would unquestionably make him fat. that is just way too much calories for someone only weighing in at 184lbs and 15%bf. at this point, 3500-4200 should be good, but it can vary a lot depending on his caloric expenditure based on activity levels and such. additionally, since he's an endo, he has to watch it cause he's prone to put on bf.
