I've lost inches of my waist without losing any weight, I've also lost 20 pounds and only lost an inch or two. It just depends on what type weight you are losing....water, fat, muscle. It can also depend on the way you train your abs. If you train them heavy, you may have thicker abs.

The 1 inch on arms for every 10 lbs gain is also not always true. My workout partner gained 3 inches on his arms last cycle and only gained 16 pounds. Not everyone grows in proportion.

I gain around an inch on my waist for every 10-12 pounds I gain.

Well Mizfit just dont take a weight gainer...
I had a girl yesterday tell me she wants to take a weight gainer BUT: She ONLY wants the weight to go into her legs. As if I can create a special weight gainer for her that magically knows to form fat deposits in her thighs only.

    Some people I tell ya.
